Direct Support Professional — East Meadow

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Rutland, MA, with compensation of $21.12–$24.58 per hour. The role supports Devereux’s East Meadow program for boys ages 7–15 with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and cognitive disabilities. The professional provides direct supervision and therapeutic support, helps youth build daily living skills and appropriate behaviors, and documents progress and incidents. The work contributes to individualized care in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct supervision to support youth safety

Why this role

Part-time role with various schedules. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and MAPS certification or ability to obtain it within six months. A two-week paid orientation is required, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., in Rutland.
