What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls professionally
• schedule appointments and assign daily work or calls
• perform marketing and sales functions to offer additional work
• complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to complaints
• organize office operations and procedures and prepare and review purchase orders
• perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training.
