The Medical Credentialing Specialist role is onsite in Greenville, SC, with a Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $25–$27 per hour. The role supports Carolina Nephrology’s provider-focused nephrology organization. The specialist maintains provider credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment so clinicians can meet requirements across multiple healthcare settings and avoid participation lapses.

What you'll do

• Manage initial credentialing and re-credentialing for 20–40 providers
• oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment and re-enrollment
• maintain provider information in CAQH and other databases
• coordinate credentialing with hospitals, dialysis organizations, and clinics
• monitor expirations and renewals
• maintain accurate records and compliance
• collaborate with physicians, administrators, practice leadership, and external organizations.
