The Registered Nurse (RN) — Direct Care role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with pay of $41–$47 per hour. Complete Care at Heritage provides skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital who need therapy and to people needing long-term care. The nurse delivers and coordinates resident care, including medication administration, treatments, assessments, care planning, and documentation. The role also collaborates with physicians and other care professionals, educates residents and families, and delegates work to LPNs and CNAs to support quality care.

What you'll do

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications
• provide wound care, pain management, and dressings
• assess health and monitor changes
• create, update, and carry out individualized care plans
• coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers
• educate residents and families
• document care and progress
• oversee and delegate to LPNs and CNAs.
