What you'll do

• Partner with the COO, President, and leadership team
• translate development, absorption, pricing, and cost dynamics into financial insight
• lead divisional planning and forecasting
• develop financial and phasing models for cash-flow planning and scenario analysis
• underwrite land acquisitions and development phases
• oversee compliant deployment of stewardship district bond proceeds
• improve financial systems and reporting
• lead implementation of ERP, planning, and profitability reporting tools.
