The Oculoplastic Surgeon — Partnership Track role is onsite in Blaine, MN, in the Northern Twin Cities area. The stated guaranteed base salary is $275,000–$300,000 per year, with production-based compensation of 28%–35%. The physician-owned ophthalmology practice is recruiting a surgeon to build its oculoplastics service line and offers a path toward partnership and ownership. The surgeon will develop a patient base and provide reconstructive, functional, and cosmetic oculoplastic care, using clinic procedure space and operating room or ambulatory surgery center access. The role contributes to expanding the practice’s oculoplastics program within an independent, physician-led organization.

What you'll do

• Build a patient base and develop the oculoplastics service line
• provide reconstructive, functional, and cosmetic procedures, including eyelid, tear-duct, orbital, and brow procedures
• perform office-based procedures and use OR/ASC access for more extensive procedures
• participate in the physician-led practice and its clinical direction.
