What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients
• carry and store food according to safety procedures
• clean work equipment
• follow approved recipes and production standards
• serve customers
• clean and stock cafeteria and retail areas
• collect soiled dishes
• use the point-of-sale register
• assist with kitchen and utility work as needed
• participate in team meetings and training
• and report malfunctioning equipment. The schedule is Monday–Friday and every other weekend, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
