What you'll do

• Review charges for clean-claim submission
• post and reconcile insurance and patient payments
• manage accounts receivable by working denials and delinquent balances
• follow up through calls, appeals, corrections, and claim re-files
• document collection activity
• answer incoming calls
• support patient questions and payment plans
• prepare monthly accounting summaries and closing reports
• use Power BI and maintain knowledge of radiation oncology billing codes and requirements.
