What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, coach, and support teachers and Site Directors across assigned locations
• manage staffing coverage, timecards, and payroll costs
• monitor enrollment and program quality
• support families with registration and questions
• maintain state licensing compliance, records, and staff training
• serve as the day-to-day contact for school leadership
• coordinate site logistics and report program updates.
