What you'll do

• Champion a seamless guest journey
• monitor guest flow, wait times, occupancy, and operational readiness
• resolve cross-department operational challenges
• oversee daily spa operations, staffing, cleanliness, facility conditions, and service standards
• conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and audits
• coach and develop department leaders
• support recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• monitor labor costs, budgets, productivity, and operating expenses
• assume overall spa operations in the General Manager’s absence.
