What you'll do

• Engage with residents
• explain menu items and make suggestions
• accurately take food and drink orders
• deliver orders
• address dining concerns
• collect payment when necessary
• enter orders into the POS system
• follow food-safe handling practices
• complete dining-room readiness and cleanliness checklists
• set and reset tables
• understand where to find residents’ specialty diet information
• help the food-preparation team when necessary.
