Lead Service Technician

What you'll do

• Work with technicians to improve efficiency
• minimize rework downtime
• ensure equipment is calibrated according to procedures
• recondition and repair assigned equipment, components, and systems
• verify requested parts and materials
• inspect conversions, assemblies, and repairs
• ensure assigned work is completed with the required appearance
• maintain records for labor, parts, and supplies
• care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles
• perform diagnostic inspections
• enforce company policies
• support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 requirements.
