The Community Life Assistant / Activity Assistant role is onsite in Winona, MN. Compensation is $17.50–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Sugar Loaf Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community serving older adults. The assistant helps develop, organize, coordinate, and deliver community life and wellness programs that reflect residents’ needs and interests. The work supports residents’ quality of life and encourages family and community involvement.

What you'll do

• Assist the Community Life Director with community life and wellness services
• facilitate assigned group programs
• provide daily programming, including evenings and weekends
• support family and community engagement through newsletters, networking, and activities
• participate in orientation, training, in-service education, staff meetings, care conferences, and QAPI activities as assigned.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with one weekend shift per month; the program also includes daily evening and weekend activities.
