What you'll do

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes, portions, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
• monitor temperatures, cooking times, and ingredient quantities
• maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen
• assist with inventory and stock checks
• follow food handling and storage procedures
• coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• assist colleagues with plating, garnishing, or dishwashing as needed.
