The Project Manager — Fire and Contents Restoration role is onsite in Hoquiam, WA, supporting projects across Western Washington. Compensation is $60,000–$80,000 per year. ServiceMaster 1st Choice focuses on restoration work and customer care. The project manager leads fire, smoke, soot, odor, and contents restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. The role coordinates technicians, subcontractors, estimates, insurance communication, documentation, budgets, and timelines to guide customers through the recovery process.

What you'll do

• Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish
• inspect losses and develop restoration strategies
• schedule resources and oversee emergency services, contents pack-outs, cleaning, deodorization, and reconstruction coordination
• manage budgets, timelines, and quality
• supervise technicians, contents teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• prepare estimates and supplements using Xactimate and, when required, Symbility
• coordinate with insurance representatives
• manage contents inventory and restoration
• document project activities
• communicate with customers and resolve concerns
• lead and develop field staff
• participate in an on-call emergency response rotation and travel locally throughout Western Washington.
