Childcare Cook

Job overview

The Childcare Cook role is onsite in Racine, WI, and pays $15–$18 per hour. The cook prepares meals and snacks for children in a safe, healthy environment in accordance with licensing, YoungStar, and CACFP standards. The role supports children’s daily care by providing nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks while maintaining a sanitary kitchen and managing food supplies within budget. The schedule is part-time, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

What you'll do

• Plan and prepare daily meals and snacks according to nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions
• maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen in line with state licensing, health, and safety standards
• order food supplies and manage inventory within the specified budget.
