What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and interested members
• finalize trial sales and memberships
• sell and schedule camps, birthday parties, and community events
• serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is away
• help onboard, train, evaluate, and mentor coaches
• track center KPIs, sales, and retention
• oversee maintenance, equipment safety, and brand standards
• coach children ages 15 months to 11 years for 5–10 hours weekly and track attendance and progress.
