What you'll do

• Develop visual standards for work boards, JIRA queues, Power BI dashboards, and department workflows
• enhance maintenance programs
• support process rollouts and standardization
• identify workflow gaps
• define operational metrics and dashboards
• analyze data using SQL and other methods
• create reports, tools, and standardized measurements
• develop automation to mitigate risk or improve efficiency
• conduct operations audits
• implement construction management or maintenance tools
• analyze site services spending
• build communication tools and reports
• standardize material libraries and procurement
• coordinate with maintenance and construction teams at other sites.
