What you'll do

• Advise on U.S. government contracts and subcontracts, including FAR and DFARS requirements
• partner with business development, program management, finance, and operations on pursuits, negotiations, execution, and compliance
• review and negotiate contracts, task orders, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and collaboration agreements
• advise on audits, cost accounting, data rights, cybersecurity, procurement integrity, performance issues, claims, disputes, and terminations
• develop compliance processes, templates, and training
• coordinate with legal operations and compliance
• manage outside counsel and consultants as needed.
