What you'll do

• Operate the point-of-sale system and take customer orders
• stock and monitor inventory
• prepare and cook food items
• complete opening and closing procedures
• follow food-safety policies
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• communicate inventory levels to the supervisor
• assist elsewhere in the concession department as directed.
