The Lead Coach / Recreational Program Manager is an onsite, part-time role in Las Vegas, NV, paying $18–$20 per hour. This role keeps recreational tumbling programs safe, consistent, and organized by coordinating classes and staff, supporting coach development, and helping families and athletes. It helps the studio deliver its approved curriculum and positive learning environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee recreational classes and class coverage
• coordinate coach assignments and student coach rotations
• train and observe staff and provide feedback
• ensure approved lesson plans and safety procedures are followed
• monitor facility setup, cleanliness, and equipment
• support parents and athletes
• track attendance, training, incidents, and operational updates.
