What you'll do

• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
• evaluate project scope, labor, materials, equipment, site logistics, and execution strategies
• perform quantity take-offs
• analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations
• support value engineering
• assess constructability risks
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• collaborate with clients and internal teams
• and maintain estimating databases using historical project costs and market trends.

Why this role
