What you'll do

• Respond to prospective-client inquiries by phone, text, email, and web
• gather demographic and insurance information
• coordinate eligibility and benefit verification
• schedule and follow up with prospective clients
• and help resolve barriers to care. Support current clients with scheduling, cancellations, insurance questions, transitions, and re-engagement
• route clinical questions to clinicians
• track issues through resolution
• maintain accurate client and scheduling records
• and coordinate administrative tasks with the team.
