What you'll do

• Greet and check in clients
• answer phones and emails
• field questions and resolve or refer concerns
• sell memberships and class packages in person, online, and by phone
• facilitate sales using the AXLE CRM
• process retail transactions and restock inventory
• maintain a clean and organized studio
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties.
