What you'll do

• Oversee check, deposit account, ACH, overdraft, return-item, ATM, debit-card, and statement processing
• manage lockbox remittance and proof department functions
• prepare control and profitability reports
• resolve deposit and lockbox issues
• oversee customer masterfile records, settlement, reconciliation, document imaging, research, and adjustments
• coach and manage retail operations staff
• coordinate with other bank functions.
