Front Desk Agent

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out
• make, modify, and cancel reservations
• answer phones and reservation inquiries
• recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• respond to guest requests and concerns
• coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance
• process payments and maintain records
• keep the front desk and lobby organized.
