What you'll do

• Drive scientific excellence and delivery by establishing clear program goals and milestones.
• Communicate progress through regular updates while proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
• Support the Group Leader, BeOne Institute and build and develop a high performing team and foster team members professional growth, technical expertise and scientific expertise.
• Lead cross-disciplinary or cross-functional collaborations and drive innovation within and beyond the Institute.
• Contribute to the development of research strategy and ensure effective execution within defined therapeutic area or technology space.
• Provide scientific guidance and influence decision-making within own research group, while contributing to broader discussions across the organization.
