What you'll do

• Evaluate legal knowledge-work tasks and AI model outputs, identifying missing behaviors and weak reasoning
• develop instruction specifications and reference solutions for legal problems
• design challenging legal tasks and evaluation sets
• collaborate with the research team on legal-specific skills and tools
• work with client researchers and specialists to maintain consistent standards
• translate legal judgment into explicit, teachable criteria.
