This role exists to plan and implement diverse programming, including spiritual, physical, and cultural activities, to ensure residents lead active and fulfilled lives. The assistant communicates community events, organizes daily activities, and fosters meaningful connections with residents.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming.
• Communicate community events and activities.
• Organize and run events such as games, painting, and music sessions.
• Utilize social media and newsletters to showcase community life.
• Encourage resident participation in programs.
