What you'll do
- Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention within scope of practice
- complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, and transition and discharge plans
- maintain accurate clinical records
- assist with program development
- make referrals and coordinate with community providers
- promote client engagement and positive reinforcement strategies.
