What you'll do

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes according to menus and standardized recipes
• ensure meals meet quality, presentation, and dietary requirements
• help develop recipes, seasonal menu items, and specials
• maintain a clean, organized, sanitized kitchen
• monitor stock and order ingredients
• follow menu guidelines and health and safety regulations
• provide customer service
• assist with receiving inventory and daily prep lists.
