The Behavior Technician role is onsite in City of Saint Peters, MO; pay is $18–$23 per hour. The posting describes a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, with no nights or weekends. Latitude Therapy provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children. The technician delivers individual and group therapy, follows behavior intervention plans, and records client progress under clinical guidance. This work supports children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills while addressing interfering behaviors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy and group sessions in clinic
• follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• run skill acquisition programs
• collect and record behavior and progress data
• submit session notes
• communicate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• support daily living skills
• respond to challenging behaviors using provided training and protocols.
