What you'll do

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area
• greet and seat guests
• clear and reset tables
• wipe tables and counters, dispose of garbage, clean floors, and collect dishes and glassware
• restock supplies
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• handle food and beverages according to applicable regulations
• attend required meetings and complete side work
• follow procedures for supplies and equipment to reduce waste.
