What you'll do

• Administer medications as prescribed and document dosage and timing
• provide individualized care, including personal care and activities of daily living
• maintain accurate medication records
• report adverse reactions or errors to the supervising nurse
• monitor residents for medication side effects or health changes
• store medications securely
• collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• follow medication safety regulations and facility protocols.
