• Set up, operate, and monitor filling machines and related line equipment
• verify fill weights, seals, and packaging materials
• perform line changeovers and material changes
• make minor mechanical adjustments
• clear jams safely
• conduct and document quality checks
• maintain FIFO materials
• follow GMP, HACCP, allergen-control, and food-safety requirements
• clean equipment and assist with training new operators.
