What you'll do

• Provide clinical services as a staff dentist
• maintain dental care delivery standards
• monitor patient access and utilization
• staff and schedule providers across dental sites
• lead chart audits for quality assurance and peer review
• chair dental provider and administrative meetings
• represent dental services on the Quality Improvement and Safety Committee
• recruit, supervise, and develop dental directors, dentists, and hygienists
• interpret financial reports and navigate legislation and grant requirements.
