What you'll do

• Coordinate daily commercial and multifamily concrete job-site operations
• review plans, specifications, schedules, manpower, and material needs
• lead layout technicians, finishers, and laborers
• communicate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• oversee layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing
• verify measurements and finish quality
• address field issues
• perform hands-on work as needed
• maintain safety, cleanliness, equipment care, and project progress.
