What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and emergency repairs

• complete minor plumbing repairs
• complete work orders and preventive-maintenance logs
• hang and repair doors and install locks
• replace broken windowpanes
• maintain equipment, machinery, and heating and cooling units
• assist with grounds maintenance
• monitor, supervise, and instruct student facility maintenance staff.
