Bilingual Packing Line Lead | English/Spanish

The Bilingual Packing Line Lead role is onsite in Bloomsburg, PA, with pay of $17–$18 per hour based on experience. Custom Filters Direct is hiring the lead to support a production packing line. The lead works alongside packers while coordinating daily workflow, staffing, quality, and productivity. By training employees in English and Spanish, operating packaging equipment, checking finished products, and escalating concerns, the role helps the line meet production goals and follow safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Work on the packing line while leading and supporting the team
• operate the packaging machine and help address minor operating or workflow issues
• assign employees to work areas and explain responsibilities in English or Spanish
• train new packers on procedures, quality standards, equipment operation, and safe work practices
• inspect finished products and packaging, identify defects, and communicate quality concerns or rework needs to a supervisor
• keep the line organized and supplied
• monitor staffing and report attendance or headcount concerns
• escalate larger production, equipment, safety, or quality concerns
• maintain a clean and safe work area and help the team follow company procedures.
