What you'll do

• Review existing documents with functional owners
• coordinate updates with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, IT, and other stakeholders
• revise and standardize documents
• prepare metadata and version-control information
• assist with Propel PLM migration and verify transferred content
• coordinate review and approval workflows
• identify documentation gaps and duplicates
• maintain trackers, reports, logs, and inventories
• support user guidance and resolve migration issues.
