What you'll do

• Coordinate and facilitate workshops aligned with program and grant goals
• support curriculum development
• deliver programming on leadership, conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, social-emotional skills, self-esteem, and healthy lifestyles
• build supportive relationships and advocate for participants
• maintain case notes, progress notes, and attendance
• prepare and serve meals or snacks
• keep program spaces organized
• provide transportation as needed
• and support scheduling, quality, and budget requirements.
