Senior Specialist, Vendor Performance Management

What you'll do

• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance against SLAs and scorecards
• conduct operational reviews
• develop accountability plans and corrective actions with technical SMEs
• track issues and remediation
• support audits
• analyze claims accuracy, timeliness, and financial data
• support claims configuration validation, testing, and issue triage
• prepare performance reports and audit-ready records
• collaborate with operations, compliance, finance, and clinical teams.
