What you'll do

• Perform laboratory services under established clinical, laboratory, and regulatory standards
• verify patient and specimen identification, chain of custody, accuracy, and timely testing
• order and maintain supplies
• support quality control, quality assurance, documentation, and compliance
• perform semen analysis and process specimens for IVF and IUI preparation
• manage semen cryopreservation, storage, inventory, and warming
• handle donor specimens and media preparation
• complete laboratory start-up, shut-down, and maintenance
• document work in paper records, laboratory systems, and the electronic medical record
• and follow PPE, sterile technique, and SOPs. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with occasional weekend and holiday coverage potentially required.

Why this role
