What you'll do

• Oversee daily practice operations, workflows, policies, staffing, facilities, vendors, and equipment
• recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and coach staff
• manage schedules and performance
• support budgets, revenue cycle, financial reporting, and expenses
• address patient concerns and monitor satisfaction
• maintain healthcare regulatory, HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance
• support audits and accreditation
• collaborate on growth and strategic planning
• support clinical research, infusion services, regenerative medicine, and specialty healthcare workflows.
