What you'll do

• Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp strategy
• implement scalable messaging workflows
• monitor deliverability, data flows, opt-in quality, and performance
• manage and optimize messaging platforms
• analyze delivery, engagement, and conversion data
• partner with Martech on integrations and enhancements
• align messaging with marketing, brand, paid media, segmentation, and analytics teams
• monitor channel KPIs
• build dashboards and reports
• ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and partner-specific regulations
• maintain documentation and channel best practices.
