What you'll do

• Screen and evaluate prospective residents for appropriate placement and location
• assist residents with intake, program options, required documentation, and compliant treatment plans
• build relationships with referring agencies and the community
• provide program information by phone, in person, and email
• enter data and prepare reports
• may assist the Community Relations Liaison.
