This full-cycle recruiting role exists to help Handshake scale by finding and hiring senior and strategic talent across business functions. It partners with hiring managers and executive stakeholders, manages candidates from intake through offer, and uses recruiting data, AI tools, and automation to improve hiring processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions
• lead intake meetings, develop search strategies, source and engage candidates, and manage interviews and offers. Advise hiring leaders on talent markets and hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve recruiting workflows, maintain recruiting data in Ashby, and track pipeline health and outcomes.
