Maintenance Technician — Plant Equipment

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Seaford, DE, with compensation of $25–$36 per hour depending on experience. ICP Group formulates and manufactures specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants for construction and industrial markets; this role supports its plant operations. The technician maintains mechanical and electrical equipment to help sustain plant uptime and efficiency. Preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety-compliant repairs support reliable production and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• install or repair pumps, motors, conveyors, filler lines, and other plant equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems, including PLC/DCS
• perform basic electrical tasks
• document work and safety requirements
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• order parts
• and maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop.
