What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
• respond to call bells
• assist with meals, cleanliness, and activities
• assist with medication administration and documentation according to the medication observation record and Six Rights
• maintain medication supplies and records
• take and record vital signs
• report resident concerns and occupational exposures.
