What you'll do

• Lead construction projects from conceptual planning through closeout
• build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project partners
• develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and work plans
• coordinate subcontractors and trade partners
• facilitate project meetings
• review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals
• manage change orders, claims, invoices, and reporting
• monitor financial performance and risks
• support field leadership
• mentor assistant project managers and co-op students.
